Since the year 1992, Faucette Micro Systems, Inc. (FMS) has been programming our SELPA System software. It is used by California Special Education Local Planning Areas (SELPAs) and special education clients to provide quality programs useful in tracking special education students.

In the year 2003, we expanded our horizons by partnering with East Valley SELPA to develop a user-friendly web-based Individualized Education Program (IEP) system. We continued to broaden our scope by developing Web504® in 2012 in cooperation with Oakland Unified School District's Health Services office to generate electronic Section 504 Plans. In 2017, aided by Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District, we added to our product line WebSST, which tracks students who are in general education but are receiving targeted support.

Along the way, we have developed numerous utilities and programs that support our main programs. These include the Replication Module, Foster Youth program, Block Enrollment reports, Low Incidence program, and more.

Since its founding, FMS has continued to serve various customers with dedication and commitment. Data is becoming more and more important. Our job to help you organize that data.

MARLENE FAUCETTE
President

Marlene, born and raised in Seattle, Washington, received her BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Los Angeles Baptist College (now The Master's College) in Newhall, California. It was during her time attending LABC that she met her husband, Doug.

Marlene is experienced in accounting and oversees the majority of the administrative functions at FMS. Her leadership, in combination with Doug's programming expertise, has led the company on a steady road toward greater success and high customer satisfaction. Marlene's vision for FMS is to continue producing products that never stop improving, giving customers the best we have to offer.

DOUG FAUCETTE
Vice-President

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Doug also received his BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Los Angeles Baptist College. While working to provide for his family, Doug earned his MBA from California Lutheran University with an aim at starting his own business - a vision that came to fruition in the years following.

Doug is experienced in computer programming and has many certifications. In addition to having over 23 years of experience in computer programming and networking, Doug is a Novell® certified Netware Engineer and a Hewlett-Packard® certified Network Professional. As the vice-president, Doug oversees most technical operations at FMS, including network security, data management, and programming.

In addition, Doug is a certified Angel Flight® West airplane pilot. Angel Flight West is an organization that provides "free medical and compassion flights" for qualifying passengers via private pilots who donate their time and resources. Doug has been serving people in need through Angel Flight West for over 15 years.

The programmers employed by FMS have varying credentials and ranges of experience. All of our programmers have served us with loyal dedication for more than seven years, some as many as 16 years or more. They are the backbone of our operation and are the reason we are able to serve our clients with quality and integrity.

Our programmers are experienced in Visual Objects, JavaScript, Java, HTML, SQL, PHP, C++, C#, Delphi, DOS, and more, and they have anywhere from 10 to 20+ years of programming experience. Over the years, their various strengths have been combined to develop programs that clients will find user-friendly and relevant.

Technical support services at FMS have been managed by the same tech support team for the last nine years, bringing speedy and satisfactory results to our clients on a regular basis. Our goal is to provide our customers with easily-accessible assistance, and our team members are almost always reachable by phone or email during business hours in an effort to keep users moving forward.
